Title:  Retail Team Leader

Sussex County Cricket Club, the world's oldest professional sports club, has an exciting opportunity for confident and enthusiastic Retail Team Leaders to join our team at the 1st Central County Ground in the heart of Hove. Our historic venue hosts thrilling cricket matches, including T20 clashes and County Championship fixtures, as well as large-scale concerts and corporate events. From serving matchday crowds to providing VIP hospitality, this is a chance to be part of an exciting and fast-paced environment.

We are looking for positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic people who are natural leaders that enjoy the excitement of matchdays and dealing with people, all in a fun environment.

The hourly rate for this casual role is £12.50

Here are some desirable qualities required for this role...

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of Retail operations
• Ability to lead a team effectively and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules
• Proven experience in a Retail or Hospitality role or similar position would be advantageous
