Title:  Barista - Ford Experience Center

Job Description

We are seeking a polished, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Barista to join our team. This position plays a key role in delivering a premium café experience within a high-end, technology-forward environment serving an upscale, business-class clientele.The ideal candidate will take pride in their craft, maintain exceptional standards, and consistently provide attentive, efficient, and elevated service.

Schedule: Part-time (approximately 24 hours per week), with opportunities for additional hours

M-F 8am – 4pm with minimal nights & weekends. Schedule may vary based on business needs; flexibility is required 

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and specialty drinks to established standards
• Accurately take customer orders and process transactions using the POS system
• Deliver professional, warm, and attentive customer service at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing café environment, including workstations, equipment, and guest areas
• Restock and monitor inventory of supplies (cups, lids, ingredients, etc.)
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines
• Complete daily opening/closing duties and assigned operational tasks
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service 

Qualifications

• Previous barista or food service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple roles and responsibilities
• Adaptability and comfortable with change in a dynamic environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand setting
