Job Description
The Business Support Administrator is an hourly role which provides administrative and operational assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. Administrative areas of focus include, but are not limited to, entry level Human Resources, Finance and Office Management tasks.
Long Description
COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $21.00 to $24.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.

Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.

Ensure that all required business documents are collected and filed appropriately.

Provides clerical support to the General Manager including the operation of office equipment and assistance with correspondence.

May assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.

Conducts or assists with new hire orientation and employee check-in

Conducts routine data entry for accounting records including sales, accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable.

Reviews billing statements, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy; alerts supervisory staff of any discrepancies.

Assists with reviewing and editing timecards and processing biweekly payroll.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Reports directly to the General Manager.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.

1-2 Years of prior work experience with prior related office experience preferred.

Associate degree in related field is preferred.
